Don’t Forget to Breathe
You are constantly on the go, driving kids to school and practice, going to work and the gym, and taking care of your family in general. As you are fulfilling your numerous duties as a mom, don’t forget to breathe. There have been studies don’t that show that women have a tendency to hold their breath, and take shallow breathes. Try to incorporate some deep breathing into your day. As you are driving, are working, think about how you are breathing, and try to breathe deeper. Breathing full, deep breathes of air will ensure your body and brain is getting the oxygen it needs.
