Try Yoga With Your Kids
Yoga is a great way to stretch, exercise and relax, for you and your kids. If you are familiar with basic yoga spend some time practicing some basic moves with your kids. If you are doing a pose with an animal name, tell your child the name of the pose, and have her make the noise that that animal makes. You should also hold the various poses as long as your child is comfortable. Holding a pose and not moving, is good for children. Kids are constantly on the move and this will help them learn to be still. Have fun!
